Getting Started

Crossfit incorporates movements from gymnastics, olympic weightlifting, running, rowing and more.  No matter what your starting athletic ability is, we will work with you to help you make the most out of our classes.  We are not a “one size fits all” facility and every new member will receive a consultation to talk about your fitness and nutrition goals so we can set you up for success.

Who are you?

New To Crossfit

People new to Crossfit will take several private instruction classes where you will learn the basic movements before joining our regular classes. During the “Fundamentals Classes” you will receive training in small groups to make sure you learn proper form and technique to execute these movements safely.

Experienced Crossfitter

If you have previously trained at another Crossfit facility, you may be eligible to jump right in with our normal class schedule.  In most cases, we will be able to evaluate your Crossfit ability during the free trial class.
